There's no screen you have to live in. People is an API and a log. Everything you already use writes to it, and anything can read from it.

A message, a comment, a sale, a booking. Each one comes with whatever ids it has: a phone number, a handle, an email.

One person, once

People matches ids into one person. It only joins two records when two signals agree, so a wrong merge never happens. A duplicate can always be merged later.
